Dry Ingredients
  • Flocons Gluten Free Self Raising Flour 500g
  • Sugar 375g
Wet Ingredients
  • Vanilla Essence 15ml
  • Eggs (7) room temp
Method
  1. Preheat oven at 170°C
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla essence & whisk well for 10 mins
  3. Add the flour & mix for 5 mins
  4. Grease a baking pan
  5. Pour the batter
  6. Bake for 25 mins at 170°C, then cover the pan with aluminum foil & bake for another 15 min at 150°C
  7. Let cool in pan for 30 mins before removing
