Dry Ingredients
  • Flocons Gluten Free All Purpose flour 500g
  • Salt 7g
  • Yeast 11g
Wet Ingredients
  • Eggs (4) room temp
  • Vinegar 10g
  • Butter 45g (softened)
  • Water 300g (lukewarm)
Method
  1. Mix dry ingredients & keep aside
  2. Mix wet ingredients
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix together
  4. Grease the baking dish
  5. With a 2-inch scooper, make 9 mounds of batter in your baking dish. Each mound should only be about ¾ of a scoop
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled (60 mins)
  7. While the rolls are rising, preheat your oven to 190°C
  8. When rolls have doubled in size, bake, uncovered, for the first 15 mins
  9. Cover loosely with tin foil to avoid over-browning. Do not seal tin foil around the edges of the pan
  10. Bake for 15 mins more
  11. Bake a total of 30 mins
  12. Remove from oven & brush with melted butter and serve warm
