Sponge Cake
Dry Ingredients
- Flocons Gluten Free Self Raising Flour 500g
- Sugar 375g
Wet Ingredients
- Vanilla Essence 15ml
- Eggs (7) room temp
Method
- Preheat oven at 170°C
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla essence & whisk well for 10 mins
- Add the flour & mix for 5 mins
- Grease a baking pan
- Pour the batter
- Bake for 25 mins at 170°C, then cover the pan with aluminum foil & bake for another 15 min at 150°C
- Let cool in pan for 30 mins before removing
