Pizza
Dry Ingredients
- Flocons Gluten Free All Purpose Flour 500g
- Sugar 10g
- Salt 7g
- Yeast 11g
Wet Ingredients
- Water 350ml (lukewarm)
- Olive Oil 30ml
- Vinegar 10ml
- Cheese 200g
- Pizza sauce 100g
- Eggs (2)
Method
- Mix water, sugar & yeast & let sit for 5 mins
- Mix flour & salt using a mixer. Add in egg, olive oil, vinegar, & yeast mixture & mix for 2 mins
- Using oiled hands, make 4 round pieces approx. 260g each & let them rest for 10 mins
- Roll the dough into a 200 mm round shape
- Proof for 30 mins at 26°C
- Preheat the oven to 220°C
- Bake for 8 mins
- Apply sauce & add cheese & bake again for another 8 mins
