Dinner Rolls
Dry Ingredients
- Flocons Gluten Free All Purpose flour 500g
- Salt 7g
- Yeast 11g
Wet Ingredients
- Eggs (4) room temp
- Vinegar 10g
- Butter 45g (softened)
- Water 300g (lukewarm)
Method
- Mix dry ingredients & keep aside
- Mix wet ingredients
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix together
- Grease the baking dish
- With a 2-inch scooper, make 9 mounds of batter in your baking dish. Each mound should only be about ¾ of a scoop
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled (60 mins)
- While the rolls are rising, preheat your oven to 190°C
- When rolls have doubled in size, bake, uncovered, for the first 15 mins
- Cover loosely with tin foil to avoid over-browning. Do not seal tin foil around the edges of the pan
- Bake for 15 mins more
- Bake a total of 30 mins
- Remove from oven & brush with melted butter and serve warm
