Chocolate Chip Cookies
Dry Ingredients
- Flocons Gluten Free Self Raising Flour 500g
- Brown sugar 250g
- White sugar 125g
Wet Ingredients
- Butter 300g (softened)
- Milk 100ml
- Vanilla Essence 20ml
- Chocolate Chips 300g
- Egg Yolks (4) room temp
Method
- In the bowl of the mixer, place the milk, then pour melted butter over it. Add brown & white sugar & mix on medium speed for 2 mins
- Add vanilla essence and egg yolks mixing on low speed for 2 mins
- Add flour & mix on low speed for 2 mins
- Add the chocolate chips & mix thoroughly with a spatula
- Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 4 hrs
- Remove from refrigerator & let sit for about 1hr
- Preheat oven to 190°C
- Line cookie sheets with sheets of parchment papers. Refrain from spraying or using oil
- Use a cookie scoop to mound 25g
- Bake the cookies for 10 mins at 190°C
- Let the cookies sit on the cookie sheet for 5 mins before removing to a cooling rack to finish cooling
