Our Story
Flocons was inspired by the aromatic bakeries that line the nooks and crannies of France. We aim to bring the magic of walking down a cold street in Paris with a heart baked goods in their hands with our gluten free flours.
The name Flocons itself pays homage to our French inspiration with its translation meaning “flake” in the French language. This name also serves to reflect the care and magic found in each bag of Flocons – letting you take some of the “Parisian flakes” home on your trip to the grocery.
Our blends have been carefully crafted to meet specific sets of needs, saving you time and money scouring the pantry and poorly organized baking aisles at the supermarket looking for the right type of flour & pasta.
